The Emma Cake
Last weekends cake would have to be the least stressful so far I think! I knew exactly what I wanted and how I was going to do it, and had lots of prep time to get there.

Lots of good feedback on the decoration and the cake itself :) Hopefully will get some orders out of it too. In the meantime I think it will be a cake of back to practising on the guys in my team at work, although Im sure that they wont mind!!
Hmmmm....I think I may need to do setup to take nicer pictures of the cakes if this is going to be more than a hobby! Might also try and 'acquire' my sisters digital SLR to play with while she isnt using it :)
In other news I have discovered that Planet Cake do gift vouchers for their courses....guess what I have asked for as Xmas presents off my family :) Fingers crossed I get enough to go to one or more of their classes.
