Order Number 1 - Check
All is well in the world, my first order (all 6kg of it) went really well! Had to bake the cake twice , thanks to putting too much batter in the tin, but overall I was pretty happy with the end result. So was the customer, she decided I clearly hadn’t charged her enough (first cake was just happy to do it), and she is giving me more money!!
So without further ado, here is my first cake, a 10inch mudcake, coated in dark chocolate ganache, topped with white fondant, and fondant decorations. I was pretty happy with my bow too, for a first ‘real’ go at it
